What does Savvy & Co actually do?
We're a strategy-first creative agency. That means before we make anything, we make sure it means something. Our services cover branding, content creation, social media strategy, creative direction, photography, video production, and email marketing — end to end. On the photography and video side, that includes portraits, headshots, and event coverage, not just marketing content.
Do you do photography/videography for things outside of marketing — like events or portraits?
Absolutely. We cover events, do portrait and headshot sessions, and work with clients on personal and professional photography that goes beyond content creation. If you need it captured, let's talk.
Can you just do one thing — like only social media, or only photos?
Yes. We offer standalone services and don't require you to commit to everything. That said, our clients who get the best results tend to let us work across a few areas at once, everything we do is connected. But we meet you where you are.
Do you offer packages, or is everything custom?
Mostly custom. Your business isn't a template, and your strategy shouldn't be either. We talk through where you are, where you want to go, and build from there. That said, we're happy to walk you through what a typical engagement looks like so you can get a realistic sense of scope before we connect.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope, and we're not going to throw a number at you before we know what you actually need. We work with small business owners and founders regularly, and we've built our offerings with that reality in mind. If you've been holding off because you assumed this wasn't in your budget — reach out anyway. You might be surprised.
What are your payment terms?
Typically a deposit to kick things off, with the remainder due at agreed milestones. We'll walk through this during your onboarding — nothing hidden, nothing vague.
Do you require a contract?
Yes. Every partnership starts with a clear agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, and timeline. It protects you and it protects us, and it means no one is guessing.
What's it actually like to work with you?
It feels like having someone in your corner who's genuinely invested in your success. We respond fast. We remember the details. We'll push back when something isn't working and celebrate your wins like they're our own. We're not a vendor you have to manage — we're a partner who's all in.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That's fine! That's actually what the first conversation is for. A lot of our clients come to us knowing something isn't working but not knowing exactly what. We'll help you figure it out.
Do you take on clients outside of the DMV area?
Yes. While we're based in Springfield, Virginia, we work with clients virtually and can travel for shoots when the project calls for it.
